Attorney Henry S. Keuling-Stout, a U.S. Army veteran and Eagle Scout, received his law degree from the University of North Carolina, his master’s degree from the University of Chicago and his B.A. Degree from Emory and Henry College, magna cum laude. He is a member of the American Bar Foundation (ABF), the Board of Governors of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia and New York State Bars and has been admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the Southern District of New York, the Court of Appeals of the 4th Circuit ,the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of New York.
Keuling-Stout, P.C. serves clients throughout Southwest Virginia, and in addition clients in and near Richmond and Roanoke, as well as in New York State. The representation in New York is generally limited to cases involving residents of Virginia with legal issues raised in or concerning the State of New York.
